As we continue our 20th Anniversary celebration, please join us as this month we look back at the 2004 & 2005 events.

2004 - The team of Jeff Sluman & Hank Kuehne successfully defended their title with a two-stroke victory over Steve Flesch & Justin Leonard. Sluman & Kuehne were dubbed "the odd couple" and became only the second team in Shootout history to repeat as champions. The strong 2004 field featured five Ryder Cup participants and nine major champions including fan favorite John Daly, Nick Faldo, Leonard, Lee Janzen and tournament host Greg Norman. The '04 Shootout also featured the father-son team of Jay & Bill Haas along with newcomers Rory Sabbatini and Chris Riley.

2005 - John Huston & Kenny Perry fired a final round 59 to capture a one stroke victory over the popular duo of Fred Couples & Adam Scott. The team of Greg Norman & Steve Elkington tied a Shootout final round record as they posted a 17-under, 55 on Sunday. The 24-person field which competed for a record $2.6 million purse was highlighted by Shootout rookie Adam Scott, John Daly, Nick Price and the fan favorite team of Jason Gore & Fred Funk.

The Shark Shootout congratulates Steve Rosenbaum for winning the 2008 PGA Championship Fantasy Challenge. After four demanding days of intense competition, Steve's team which included Padraig Harrington and Phil Mickelson, earned $1,704,060 in championship winnings as he narrowly defeated a very competitive field.
